Igor Tsukanov

Managing Partner

Igor Tsukanov established CentreInvest Group in 1992 and led the company till 2007, when he sold it to a Russian banking group.   From 2007 onwards, he has run CentreInvest Capital Partners as Managing Partner. 

Igor Tsukanov has extensive experience of working with leading Russian and international companies on financial restructuring, M&A, strategic planning, and corporate finance projects.  

Igor Tsukanov graduated from Economics Department, Moscow State University and holds a PhD in International Economics and Finance from the Institute of World Economy and International Relations.  He holds licences from the Russian Federation Securities Market Commission, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Series 7 and 24.

 

     

 

Karen Antonyan

Managing Director, Partner

Karen Antonyan has over 15 years’ experience in financial management.  His track record includes privatization of major Russian oil companies, raising funding in private placements, and working with international financial investors. Karen Antonyan has considerable experience of working on the Russian stock market, he was a member of the boards of directors of RTS and the Depository Clearing Company. He was one of the founders of CentreInvest Group, and headed the investment company CentreInvest Securities in 1993-2007. 

Karen Antonyan holds a degree in Economics from the Moscow Financial Institute (Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation). 

 

     

 

Timofey Popov

Executive Director 

Timofey Popov has significant experience in private equity and management consulting.  He has led private placement, M&A, investment analysis, business valuation, and corporate strategy development projects.  Prior to joining CentreInvest Capital Partners, Timofey Popov worked as Manager and later Director with CentreInvest Group, and worked in Bain & Company, the international consultancy firm, in its offices in Moscow and South Africa. 

Timofey Popov graduated from the Department of Economics, Moscow State University; and completed a training course with Bain & Company in Boston, USA. 

 

 
       

 

Vladislav Razumov

Senior Vice-President

 

Vladislav Razumov has extensive first-hand experience of the banking sector. He has led projects in private equity, M&A, business valuation, and strategy development for corporate and banking sector clients.  Prior to joining CentreInvest Capital Partners, Vladislav Razumov served as Board Member and Corporate Bank Director at Moi Bank (LLC); Member and Chairman of the Board of European Settlement Bank; and as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the commercial bank Stroykredit. 

Vladislav Razumov graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, and holds a PhD in Political Economy.  He is an Associate Professor at the Academy's Department of Economic Theory. 

 

     

 

Andrey Filev 

Senior Vice-President

 

Andrey Filev has over five years' experience in corporate finance and management consulting. He was engaged in and led a number of CentreInvest Group's large-scale private placements, M&As, business valuations, and investment projects in Russia and internationally.  Prior to joining CentreInvest Capital Partners, Andrey Filev worked at Brunswick UBS Warburg and was involved in several World Bank projects in Russia. 

Andrey Filev holds a Master's degree and a PhD from the Economics Department of the Moscow State University. 

 

 
       

 

Valeriya Lukyanova

Vice-President

 

Valeriya Lukyanova has experience in corporate and investment project valuation, business planning, investment process development, corporate strategy development, and market research. Prior to joining CentreInvest Capital Partners, Valeriya Lukyanova worked as a manager with CentreInvest Group. 

Valeriya Lukyanova holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Moscow State University's Department of Economics, Moscow State University, and the London School of Economics. 

 

 
       

 

MARIA KOUSINA

PR and Corporate Communications Director

Maria Kouzina has 15 years of experience as a PR and corporate communications specialist in the financial sector.  She has participated in and led marketing studies, PR and advertising campaigns, carried out corporate events for clients and employees, served as Editor-in-Chief of a corporate magazine. 


Before joining CentreInvest Capital Partners, Maria Kouzina worked with CentreInvest Group, Neftekhimbank, Novoye Vremya news magazine, and the Ostankino Broadcasting Company External Relations Department where she was in charge of the Boston-based Rodina TV show as lead producer and journalist. 


Maria Kouzina graduated from the Department of Journalism, Moscow State University.
 
       

 

EUGENE RUSANOV

Vice-President, Head of Legal

Eugene Rusanov has served as Head of Legal since 2000.  For more than ten years has been involved in issues pertaining to securities and corporate government legislations, and resolving   legal issues involving the operations of representative offices and subsidiary companies.  He has been involved in joint projects with the law firms LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae, Herbert Smith, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld  etc. He represents and upholds the Company’s interests in government and public organizations, and conducts arbitration and court cases.  Before joining CentreInvest Capital Partners, Eugene Rusanov worked in CentreInvest Group, and the banking sector. 

Eugene Rusanov graduated from the Department of Law, Moscow State University; and completed specialization courses at the Training Center under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, and the Russian Academy Justice.  He holds a Qualification Certificate of the Federal Securities Market Commission (Series 1.0).  He seats on the Legal Committee of the Non-Commercial Partnership RTS Stock Exchange, Board of Directors of the Non-Commercial Partnership Depozitarno-Kliringovaya Kompaniya, Disciplinary Commission of  the Non-Commercial Partnership RTS Stock Exchange and Non-Commercial Partnership St. Petersburg Stock Exchange; and serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court under the National Association of Securities Market Participants.
